NAME:  Dee

JOB TITLE:  Groomer and Grooming Department Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Bathing and grooming of all breeds of canines and felines.  I also train and supervise my assistants and encourage them to expand their grooming skills.

STAFF MEMBER OF ORION KENNEL CLUB SINCE:  November 1991

SPECIAL TRAINING AND SKILLS:  Prior to my employment at Orion Kennel Club, Inc., I worked at two other grooming facilities.  I have five years experience working in a veterinary hospital also.  Before dogs became the focal point of my career, I worked with horses at Greenfield Village, Mackinac Island and Roy Ranch.  I personally owned two village horses.

PERSONAL PETS:  I currently have two dogs; a beagle (Penny) and a chow-mix (Chili).  I also have an orange short-hair cat (Dale).

HOBBIES:  Snowmobiling is a major passion for me.  I am also very involved with my children who are sports enthusiasts and attend most of their games.  I also enjoy attending home improvement shows and reading.

PERSONAL GOALS:  I want to be able to retire and move up north after raising two conscientious and successful children.
