Our forfeiture rule when

If you get the answering
machine....
We have an
answering machine that is used for various reasons. We have
our machine on before and after business hours to give you a
chance to hear some of our basic information (including our
web-site), and to give anyone an opportunity to announce a
change of plans. We take pride in our organization skills,
if one knows of a change of plans this is a way to ensure we
get some advanced notice of such changes.
When messages
are left on our machine we continue to work hard ensuring
everyone gets a return phone call in a timely manner.
We use the
answering machine all weekend and holidays as an opportunity
to save on having one employee manning the phones when we
are most busy. All employees are mainly devoted to animal
care during these times. Weekends and holidays are busy
times for all kennels and having more employees caring for
the pets verses administrative duties is a benefit to you
pet(s).
Rarely we do
have the machine on during business hours. This may happen
when we are extremely busy during one of our peak seasons.
Once again we take great pride in our organization skills
and leaving the machine on during such rare times to ensure
all of our customers are cared for and sent on their way in
a timely manner during our peak seasons may be a necessity.
REMEMBER all messages are returned as soon as possible.
We felt you
needed an explanation as to why we have and how often our
answering machine is on. One reason we have an up to date
web-site is to ensure anyone can get most of their questions
answered at anytime. Plus this is a great resource when we
are not readily available.
