There will be NO CHARGE for check-in day for any check-ins prior to 12:00 NOON.  Bringing in your pet as early as possible allows them time to adjust to their new surroundings.  This is one of our most unique rules for the love and respect of your pet's comfort.  It has been proven that the highest stress when boarding an animal takes place within the first 12 hours...

There will be a charge for check-out day regardless of check-out time.

We accept cash and checks.  Sorry, no credit cards or debit cards accepted.

Payment is due at time of check-out before we can release the pet.

Orion Kennel Club Inc. requires payment IN FULL by due date posted.  Peak reservation pre-payment forms are generated through our computer with a check-in time before 12:00 (noon). You will be invoiced for an additional day if check-in is after 12:00 upon check-out.  Refund of ninety percent (90%) will be granted for cancellations that occur the 20th day or greater prior to the arrival date.  Any refunds owed will be issued within thirty (30) days of said cancellation.  NO MONIES WILL BE REFUNDED/OR CREDITS APPLIED if changes or cancellations occur less than 20 days prior to arrival date.  The following situations are brief examples (but not limited to) that DO NOT warrant an exception to this policy; a) checking in at a later date and extending the initial stay b) calling to cancel one day short of the 20th day c) considerable payment of monies d) long-time clients e) re-booking your room f) acts of mother nature.  IF YOU HAVE ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS POLICY THEN PLEASE CALL BEFORE ANY PRE-PAYMENT IS MADE.  Once money is sent in then we assume that the above policy is understood.
