PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

There will be NO CHARGE for check-in day for any check-ins prior to 12:00 NOON.  Bringing in your pet as early as possible allows them time to adjust to their new surroundings.  This is one of our most unique rules for the love and respect of your pet's comfort.  It has been proven that the highest stress when boarding an animal takes place within the first 12 hours...

There will be a charge for check-out day regardless of check-out time.

We accept cash and checks.  Sorry, no credit cards or debit cards accepted.

Payment is due at time of check-out before we can release the pet.

PEAK SEASON

Payment IN FULL is due at time of booking.  Refunds of 90% will be granted for cancellations which take place at least 20 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation.  No refunds will be given for any cancellation taking place without the specified time.  Please read your prepayment form carefully and ask any necessary questions to confirm you understand the policy clearly before sending prepayment money.
